The making method of steamed meat with glutinous rice;
1. After the pork belly is washed, put it in a pot to boil, add ginger slices and garlic slices, and cook until it can be easily pierced with chopsticks; 2. After taking it out, poke a hole in the pigskin with a toothpick and evenly apply soy sauce for later use;
3. Heating in an oil pan, putting pork belly into a frying pan, taking out the pigskin in a foaming state, and cutting into pieces with the same thickness;
4. Mix all seasonings with a large bowl of warm water to make seasoning juice for later use;
5. Cook the glutinous rice in advance, pour in the chopped dried radish and stir-fry evenly, then pour in a proper amount of seasoning juice and stir-fry evenly;
6. Put the pork belly in a bowl with sauce and wrap it with sauce. Take two pieces of pork belly and put glutinous rice in the middle. In a flat plate, the pigskin is facing down, and the rest of the pork belly and glutinous rice are placed in turn.
7. Finally, spread all the remaining glutinous rice on the bowl and press it hard to form a full bowl;
8. Cover the plate with pork with another equivalent plate;
9. Steam in a pressure cooker for 2 hours;
