Ingredients

2 eggs, milk (any milk), sugar

Method

1. Separate the egg whites and egg yolks, take the whites and beat them evenly.

2. Boil the milk in a pot (do not bubble), then pour the milk into the beaten egg whites and stir.

3. Put it into the pot and cook for 1 minute, then put it in the refrigerator to freeze.
