Pork belly crispy kelp material: kelp, pork belly, minced onion and ginger, coriander, dried red pepper, star anise, pepper, salt and soy sauce.
Practice: 1. Change onion, ginger and garlic into knives and slice pork belly for later use;
2. Wash the salt on the surface of kelp, cut kelp, and then roll it into kelp rolls;
3. Heat the oil pan, put the pork belly into the frying pan and lean on the oil;
4. Add onion, ginger and garlic, stir fry, and put kelp rolls into the pot;
5. Add water to kelp, add star anise and pepper, boil with strong fire and stew with low fire 1 hour;
6. Add some salt, pour in sesame oil, add a little coriander, serve out and decorate with red pepper.
