How to eat tofu skin is delicious?
There are many ways to eat tofu skin, whether it is stir-fried, boiled, fried and so on are very good.
Stir fry: Tear the tofu skin into strips, with a small amount of seasonal vegetables, and stir fry.
Boiling: Tear the tofu skin into strips and boil it in boiling water with seasoning.
Frying: Soak the tofu skin and flatten it out, then fry it in a pan until golden brown.

Tofu skin vegetarian spring rolls

Practice:
