Efficacy of Agaricus bisporus
Agaricus bisporus contains a variety of amino acids, nucleotides, vitamin B 1, vitamin B2, tyrosinase, vitamin C and so on. Among them, tyrosinase can significantly lower blood pressure, and quinone polysaccharides can inhibit the activity of tumor cells in medicine by combining with sulfhydryl groups. At the same time, Agaricus bisporus also has the functions of resolving phlegm, relieving cough, lowering blood fat and blood pressure, relaxing bowels, improving immunity, resisting inflammation and relieving pain.
Cultivation techniques of Agaricus bisporus
1, preparation of culture materials
For Agaricus bisporus, we should choose last year's late rice straw, or use soft barley straw and prepare some horse manure, cow manure or poultry manure. At the same time, chemical fertilizer, cake fertilizer, lime, gypsum and calcium superphosphate should be prepared to supplement nitrogen and destroy the wax layer on the peach surface.
2, culture medium fermentation
Firstly, the culture is pre-wetted, and the straw is cut into pieces and spread on the ground the day before stacking, and then lime is sprinkled on the ground for repeated stirring, watering and spraying, and finally the crushed feces are sprayed with water to stir.
The water content of the culture is 65%-70%. After fermenting 1-2 days, the straw was spread on the concrete floor with a thickness of 20 cm, and then a layer of pre-wetted manure was mixed with gypsum powder and cake fertilizer, and then a layer of straw and manure was piled.
3. Preparation of culture bed
Put the three layers of culture into the mushroom house, and then smooth it, with the thickness of 15-25 cm. When the water content is kept at 60%, the temperature is reduced to 26℃, and the seeds can be planted.
