Bleak is a wide-temperature fish, survival water temperature 0-38 ℃, feeding water temperature 3-36 ℃, optimal bleak (Figure 3) water temperature 15-32 ℃, the best growth water temperature 18-30 ℃; breeding water temperature 20-32 ℃; bleak adaptability and resistance to disease is very strong, the survival of the body of water can be big or small, hundreds of thousands of acres of lakes and reservoirs to a few square meters of the cement pond or a few square meters of the nets. Fry can be raised as adult fish or even mature fish; bleak has strong resistance to adversity, fewer diseases, and can tolerate low oxygen, even if the four big fish in the same pond float to death due to lack of oxygen, bleak does not necessarily float to death. Of course, high dissolved oxygen in the water body can improve the utilization rate of bait, accelerate the growth rate, increase the breeding density and enhance the disease resistance. Water depth of 0.5-10 meters, fresh water, transparency of more than 30 centimeters, pH value of 6.5-8.5, the area of 1 acres to hundreds of thousands of acres, or net boxes, pools are suitable for the breeding of adult bleak.
