It is okay if there is no salad dressing. There are often bagged vegetable salads in American refrigerated cabinets. I haven’t looked carefully at the shelf life, but I think it’s a week. The taste will not change. Of course it may have been chemically treated in some way.
However, strictly speaking, green leafy vegetables should not be stored for a long time as nutrients will be lost and harmful substances will gradually be produced. It’s best if it’s freshly cooked and eaten.
Potato salad is a different matter, it will taste better after a day.
