garlic
chilli powder
monosodium glutamate
Soy sauce (it's very fresh, don't smoke it)
edible oil
method of work
1. First of all, because it's cold, the chopping board and kitchen knife must be clean. Choose some garlic with thicker garlic and longer garlic, cut it off and wash it.
2. Then cut the garlic white into thin rings, or cut it into filaments, which is fine, but the thinner the better.
3. Put the chopped garlic white into a bowl, add dried Chili powder or chop it yourself, add monosodium glutamate (be sure to put it), and it is best to put it in the middle to facilitate the oil behind. Sprinkle a circle of soy sauce (it must be extremely delicious). Theoretically, the more peppers, the better. Depending on your taste, so is soy sauce. If you add more, it will be salty, and if you add less, it will be lighter. If you cook for the first time, you can put less first, and it will be the same if you think it is lighter.
4. Burn a little cooking oil in the pot (don't need much). When it is hot, pour the hot oil into the garlic. After pouring, mix it evenly and eat it! PS. The garlic I mixed in this picture has been left for a few days, and it is not very fresh. It will look better and be crisper with fresh garlic.
