Raw dumplings 25 pieces or so

Pan 1

Mineral water 800ml

Cooking oil 5ml

How to make raw pan-fried pot stickers ?

Hot pan and cold oil. On low heat, pour the oil into the pan, then arrange the dumplings neatly behind the pan, cover and fry on medium-high heat for 2 minutes, until the bottom side of the dumplings is slightly golden brown.

Pour water into pan until dumplings are mostly submerged. Cover the pot and start cooking over medium-high heat. When the water boils, continue cooking for five minutes, then remove the lid and cook.

Open the lid and cook until the water is almost dry, then you can reduce the water over high heat until it's almost completely dry and ready to serve. If you don't like it too burnt, you can also just start the pot when the water is almost dry.
