Seasoning A: salt 1 4 tsp, fresh chicken powder14 tsp, rice wine14 tsp, black pepper14 tsp.
Seasoning B: 50g flour, 2 tbsp salad oil.
working methods
1. Put seasoning A into a small bowl and mix well.
2. Wash the cod, drain the water, then spread it evenly on 1 and marinate it for about 5 minutes, then evenly dip it in flour for later use.
3. Pour 2 tablespoons salad oil into a hot pot and heat it. Add cod from Method 2 and fry for about 3 minutes. Pan-fry for about 3 minutes until both sides are golden.
