Tiramisu flavor is very good. Mix well, heat to 70-80°C and set aside. In a clean container, pour in the light cream. Whisk until transparent and set aside. Keep stirring so you have your cheese batter. Brew instant coffee in hot water.
Add the granulated sugar. Add the rum. Stir well. Dip the finger cookies. Spread the finger cookies in a single layer in an 8-inch square mold that can be held in place with a tray or cardboard. When done, squeeze on a layer of cheese sauce. Layer the finger cookies. Add another layer of cheese cream, if there is any left over. You can smooth the top with a spatula and refrigerate for up to 3 hours. Remove from the mold (for faster release, you can use a hair dryer or cover around with a hot towel). Sprinkle the top with cocoa powder. Cut it into small pieces and enjoy!
