Method for mixing cucumber with shredded chicken
Wash the chicken breast, put it in a pot, add water to the chicken breast, add yellow wine, a little pepper and ginger slices, boil the water for five minutes, and turn off the heat for two minutes.
Take out the cooked chicken breast, air-cool, or better, cool it with ice water, and tear it into filaments by hand.
Wash and shred cucumber, add salt and mix well for pickling.
Squeeze out the pickled cucumber, stir in shredded chicken, add a little salt, sugar, garlic, soy sauce, garlic hot sauce, sesame oil and a little pepper oil, and mix well.
