1. Burnt konjac
(1) Ingredients: konjac tofu (sliced), peppers, green garlic sprouts, bean paste, sugar, salt, cooking wine, ginger, onions, and garlic.
(2) Boil water over high heat, put the konjac tofu into the pot and blanch it slightly, remove it and set aside.
(3) Pour peanut oil into the pot, add bean paste, ginger, onion and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
(4) After sauteing, add konjac, add some cooking wine, sugar and salt and stir-fry.
(5) Stir-fry for a while, add water and simmer, then add green garlic sprouts and stir-fry before serving
2. Chopped pepper konjac
(1 ) Ingredients: konjac, minced garlic, white scallions, chopped pepper and salt, starch, sesame oil
(2) Cut the konjac into pieces, mince garlic and green onions, separate the white scallions and chopped green onions, chop a few tablespoons of pepper.
(3) Put 2 tablespoons of oil in the pot, heat it, add minced garlic, green onion and chopped pepper and sauté until fragrant, add konjac and stir-fry, add a few drops of dark soy sauce for color, add a little Sugar, turn to low heat and simmer for a while to allow the konjac to absorb the flavor, then thicken it with starch water, add a few drops of sesame oil, sprinkle with chopped green onion before serving, and put on a plate.
3. Stir-fried konjac
(1) Ingredients: 350 grams of konjac, 10 grams each of onion, ginger, and garlic, stock, bean paste, salt, chicken essence, and vegetable oil.
(2) Clean the konjac and cut into slices, blanch in a pot of boiling water to remove the alkali smell.
(3) Pick up and wash in clean water.
(4) Wash the onions, ginger and garlic separately and chop them into pieces.
(5) Place the pot on the fire, heat the vegetable oil, sauté the onion, ginger and minced garlic, add the bean paste and stir-fry evenly.
(6) Add appropriate amount of stock and bring to a boil over high heat.
(7) Pour in the blanched konjac, add salt and chicken essence and bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and simmer.
(8) When the konjac is fragrant and the soup thickens, sprinkle with chopped green onion, scoop up and serve on a plate.
