Raw materials: pig's trotters and soybeans.
Seasoning: salt, yellow wine, ginger and chopped green onion.
Exercise:
1. Soak soybeans in advance 1 hour for later use; Wash ginger and slice; Cut the onion into sections.
2. After scalding pig's trotters with boiling water, remove hair, cut into large pieces, add water and ginger slices to boil, and skim off blood foam;
3. Pour in yellow rice wine, add soybeans, cover and cook with slow fire; When it is half crisp, add refined salt and cook for 1 hour.
