Spicy stinky tofu
Ingredients
"400g stinky tofu", "80g minced pork", "2 cloves of shallots", "3 cloves of garlic" , "1 green onion", "5g Sichuan peppercorns", "2 tablespoons soy sauce paste", "2 tablespoons spicy bean paste", "1 tablespoon rice wine", "1 teaspoon sugar"
Recipe
Prepare materials. Wash the stinky tofu and poke some holes on the surface with a fork, mince the garlic and shallots and cut the green onions into sections
Heat the pot and stir-fry the minced meat without adding oil. Stir-fry until the meat turns white and set aside.
< p>Put 1 tablespoon of oil in the original pot without washing it. First stir-fry the Sichuan peppercorns over low heat until the aroma of the Sichuan peppercorns comes out. Take out 2/3 of the Sichuan peppercorns and discard them, leaving 1/3 in the potAdd garlic and shallots and stir-fry until fragrant
Add fried minced pork and add seasonings
Add stinky tofu, add 2 cups of rice and 2 cups of water Slice green onions, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium to low heat and simmer for about half an hour. If the water is not enough, add 1 cup of measuring rice cup hot water.
