Salted sparerib
10 block
wax gourd
500 grams
step
1. Soak the salted spareribs in cold water for one hour, remove dust and soak the spareribs slightly, and change the water once in the middle.
2. Put the salted ribs into the pot, add enough cold water, and pour off the foam and all the water after boiling.
3. Re-add cold water to the pot until the ribs are a little more, and boil again. This time, the foam is obviously less. Pour the foam in the floating layer and leave less than the soup in the pot.
4. Pour the soup and ribs in 3 into the rice cooker, and add appropriate amount of cold water. If you want to drink more soup, you can add more water, press the cooking button, and boil for another five minutes.
5. When the rice cooker is cooking, prepare the wax gourd and cut it into large pieces. You can also put corn. I'm going to cook a corn soup tonight.
6. Add the wax gourd into the rice cooker, and after boiling for a few minutes, the wax gourd can be cooked thoroughly. The soup is very thick, and the salt destroys the tissue cells of the ribs, so the nutrients can come out conveniently.
7. You can eat it in a bowl. I only eat one sparerib, and the others are white gourd, haha.
Tips
If you like the original flavor, you can add nothing, and you can add some ginger appropriately. You can leave the salt. The salty ribs are already very salty, unless you have a particularly heavy mouth.
