Bergamot, also known as Citron and Sydney. According to legend, in the 29th year of Emperor Kangxi of Qing Dynasty (1690), an old monk riding Tiger Rock in Anxi Jinbang was grafted with tea branches on citron (see Zhuang Canzhang's Survey of Anxi Tea Industry). In the 43rd year of Kangxi (1705), it was introduced to Shifeng Village, Dapu, Yongchun. Oolong tea, the tea strips are tight, fat, curly and dry, the color is green and moist, the fragrance is high and the taste is strong, the soup color is orange and clear, and the leaf bottom is yellow and green, which is unique. Black tea is made with thick red soup and bright red leaves, and its quality is very good. 1996, bergamot was designated as a fine variety of tea trees in Fujian province. At present, Anxi county is less cultivated, with Yongchun county as the main producing area and a small amount of introduction in central Fujian, eastern Fujian and northern Fujian.
