Chicken wings 500g

Sugar 2 teaspoons
Onion half
Garlic cloves 3
White pepper moderate
Corn oil (all above are marinade) 50 ml
Corn starch 50 grams
Plain flour 100 grams
Eggs 2 pcs
Baking powder 2 grams (can be omitted)
How to make Spicy Chicken Wings ?
Slice the back of the chicken wings and soak in cool water for 2 hours to remove the blood, chop the onion, garlic cloves, and other marinade condiments together with the chicken wings in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
Mix the flour, cornstarch and baking powder, and beat the egg. Dredge the marinated chicken wings in a layer of the flour mixture, then in a layer of the egg mixture, and then in a layer of the flour mixture.
After the second coating, gently fold the flour over the wings and deep-fry them in a warm frying pan over low heat until golden brown on the outside, then remove from the pan.
After cooling for a few minutes, heat the frying pan over high heat until warm, then pour in the previously fried chicken wings and deep-fry them again, after the second frying, the skin of the chicken wings will be more crispy.
The finished product is served with sweet chili sauce or any of your favorite sauces.
