Mango pudding, also known as mango pudding or mango pudding, is a jelly with mango and dairy products as the main ingredients. It is one of the popular desserts in Hong Kong. Dessert ingredients:
6 mangoes, 5 taels of sugar, 6 qian of fish gelatin powder, 1 jin of water, 5 taels of milk, and 2 egg yolks. Preparation method:
1. Boil water, stir in sugar and isinglass powder, turn off heat and set aside;
2. Cut 2 mangoes into cubes and set aside;
3. Mash the flesh of the other 4 mangoes and set aside;
4. Stir the yogurt and egg yolk evenly (remember not to stir until foaming);
5. Put the mixed milk (i.e. step 4) and mango melting point (i.e. step 3) into the boiled water (i.e. step 1), stir evenly, and wait for freezing;
< p>6. When the ingredients in step 5 are a little warmer, add mango dices (i.e. step 2) and stir well. If the water is too hot, the mangoes will become sour and the mango dices will not float.7. After all the ingredients are cool, put them into a container, then put the container into the refrigerator at 0 degrees, and it can be eaten after 4 hours.
