Raw materials: unintentional lotus seed 10, coix seed 25g, red bean 15g, glutinous rice 15g, and lily 15g.
working methods
1. Wash lotus seeds, lilies, red beans and coix seed with clear water and soak for half an hour (soaking saves the time for cooking porridge later).
2. Add a proper amount of water to the pot and bring it to a boil (porridge will cook faster and will not stick to the pot).
3. Add soaked lotus seeds, lilies, red beans and barley.
4. Cook over high fire for half an hour, then add the washed glutinous rice (lotus seeds, red beans and coix seed are difficult to cook, so you can cook them simultaneously, and then add the glutinous rice).
5. Cook for half an hour on medium heat and start stirring with a spoon (stirring with a spoon can make porridge cook more evenly and thicker). 6. Boil out a sticky feeling and eat immediately.
You can bring breakfast and dinner, and drink it hot in winter.
