Soak dried mushrooms in water, wash and cut into pieces. The seeds and pedicels of red pepper are removed, washed and cut into pieces the same size as mushrooms. Wash broccoli and cut into 0.5 cm square dices. The bean dregs are wrapped in gauze and the water is squeezed out slightly.
