How to make egg jelly
Materials used:
Two eggs, 2~3 grams of agar, 150 ml of white drink (milk or coconut milk, almond milk),
100 ml of orange drink (orange juice or mango juice), and sugar.
The above is the portion that can make 1~2 jelly eggs. There is definitely room for milk and juice.
Practice:
Soak the agar in tap water for 20 minutes, and wait for it to completely absorb the water and turn from dry to white and translucent;
During the time the agar is soaking, poke a hole in the top of the egg with a scissors carefully, and then use a toothpick to stir up the inside of the egg liquid a little bit to make it easier to flow out oh.
Pour the boiled milk agar liquid carefully into the egg shells and fill them up. Then put the eggs aside to cool naturally and solidify, or you can put them in the refrigerator to accelerate the solidification. It will take about 10 minutes to set;
After the eggs have set, carefully crack the shells, try to crack the whole egg. Then peel the shell very carefully to get a jelly egg. Then carefully cut it in half with a knife, and dig a half-pit in the center with a small metal spoon, to be used later for the 'yolk';
In the same way as in method 3, put some of the remaining agar and orange juice into the 'egg white' pit with a spoon to form a liquid, and when it has solidified it becomes 'yolk'. At this point, the work is complete.
With the leftover milk and orange juice, you can also make an omelette! The agar can be dissolved when heated again, so if you don't put enough agar to solidify, you can soak a little more and add it back in.
