What are the alkaline foods and what are the acidic ones in everyday food?
Alkaline foods are tofu, peas, egg whites, milk, celery, potatoes, bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, kelp, mung beans, oranges, bananas, watermelon, persimmons and strawberries.

Weakly alkaline foods include: tofu, peas, soybeans, mung beans, greens, celery, sweet potatoes, lotus root, onions, eggplant, pumpkin, cucumber, mushrooms, radish, milk and so on. And alkaline foods are: spinach, cabbage, cabbage, lettuce, carrots, bamboo shoots, potatoes, kelp, citrus, watermelon, grapes, bananas, strawberries, corn, persimmons, coffee, wine, etc.

Fish, meat, poultry, eggs, rice, flour, fats and oils, sugar, etc. are all acidic foods.  

In layman's terms, acidic foods are the following: i. starchy; ii. animal foods; iii. sweets; iv. refined and processed foods (e.g., white bread, etc.); v. fried foods or butters; and vi. legumes (e.g., peanuts, etc.).

Strongly acidic foods: egg yolks, cheese, desserts, white sugar, tuna, halibut, cheese, pastry, persimmons, oyster roe, and woodchuck.

Moderately acidic foods: ham, bacon, chicken, pork, eel, beef, bread, wheat, tuna, beef, bread, wheat, cream, horse meat, etc.

Weakly acidic foods: chocolate, hollowed-out flour, scallions, white rice, peanuts, beer, fried tofu, seaweed, clams, octopus, loach, etc.
