200g water shield, 1 chicken breast, 100g ham, 1 teaspoon salt (5g), 3 tablespoons water starch (45ml), 1 teaspoon sesame oil (5ml)
Method
1 Rinse the water shield with clean water. Cut the ham into very fine shreds.
2 Put an appropriate amount of hot water in the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, add the chicken breasts, cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, then take it out and rinse it thoroughly with cold water
3 Let it cool. Then tear the chicken into thin shreds along the lines with your hands.
4 Put the water shield, ham shreds and chicken shreds into the chicken soup in which the chicken breasts have just been cooked, and bring to a boil again over high heat.
5 Add water starch and salt into the soup and mix evenly, then pour in sesame oil.
