Ingredients: 500g pork belly, 2 tablespoons Korean hot sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons white sesame seeds, lettuce 1 tree.
Steps:
1, pork belly cut into thin and thick slices.
2. Add Korean hot sauce, honey and soy sauce.
3, grab and marinate 15 minutes.
4, neatly placed on the baking tray.
5. Put it into the preheated oven and bake at 230 degrees 10 minute or so until the meat slices are slightly rolled with a little burnt spots. Sprinkle sesame seeds after the meat is overflowing.
Tips:
When eating, it can be served with kimchi, garlic slices and lettuce, which is delicious and not greasy;
If there is no oven, it can be fried in a domestic gas baking tray or pan.
