Ingredients: eggs. Seasoning: oil, soy sauce, chicken powder, salt and onion.
Exercise:
1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and gently beat for about a minute.
2. Add chicken powder, salt and a drop of oil and mix well.
3. Add three spoonfuls of warm water (three spoonfuls of an egg).
4. Scoop out the foam in the bowl with a spoon, wrap it with plastic wrap and steam it in the pot.
5. Steam on medium heat for about 8 minutes, and continue to simmer for 2 minutes without opening the lid after turning off the fire.
6. Take out the steamed eggs and add chopped green onion, cooked oil and soy sauce.
