Lemon Tiramisu
Ingredients
Lemon Sauce: 2 eggs, 2 lemons, 50g of sugar, 2g of salt
Mascarpone Paste: 3 aseptic egg yolks, 30g of sugar, 250g of mascarpone, 150g of light cream, lemon sauce, moderate amount of iced lemon tea, appropriate amount of finger biscuits
Methods:
Lemon Sauce
1. Lemon with salt scrub clean, rub out the peel, squeeze out the lemon juice
2. Eggs and sugar and salt and lemon juice and lemon zest beat well, low heat cook until thick and sieve standby
Mascarpone paste
1. Egg yolks and sugar whipped until the color of the white

Assembly
1. Dip the finger cookies into the iced lemon tea, spread it all over the mold, and squeeze the mascarpone paste on top
2. Repeat the steps of step 1, and then put it into the refrigerator overnight, and then decorate with the flowers and lemons to be ready
