Step 1: Select pork belly, cut the meat into cubes with the size of 15cm, put it in a pot and cook for more than ten minutes before taking it out.

Step 2: Dye the cooked pork belly with honey, and then fry it in an oil pan with the oil temperature between 50% and 60%. Take it out in 2-3 minutes and soak it in cold water for 5-6 minutes. Take it out.

Step 3: Cut the fried pork belly into 15cm long slices (the thinner the better), then put it vertically in a bowl (with the skin at the bottom of the bowl), add a proper amount of seasoning (salt, pepper, ginger, spices, onion, garlic, red pepper and a small amount of braised soy sauce), and then steam it in a pot.

The last step: steam for an hour, and the red strip of meat will be cooked, and a tangy smell will come. Cover the bowl with a plate and turn it over (note: control the oil in the bowl when turning over). Get some garlic juice when eating, so that you can eat the original striped meat.
