How to make coconut ice cream?
Preheat the oven at 170℃, spread 50g coconut evenly on a baking tray covered with baking paper, and bake for about 5min until golden brown. Coconut paste easily. Add the roasted coconut to the milk, boil it until it is about to boil, then cover it from the fire and let it stand for 30 minutes.
Mix sugar, coconut milk and whipped cream thoroughly and dissolve.
After standing, sieve the milk and coconut milk, squeeze the coconut milk hard, and add all the milk into the mixture of coconut milk and whipped cream.
Add rum, cover all the ingredients and cool in the refrigerator.
