White lotus seed paste filling (bread machine version)

Lotus seed 200g
Sugar 110g
Corn oil or other vegetable oil 100g
What to do with White Lotus Seed Paste Filling (Bread Machine Version) ?
Soak lotus seeds in cold water for 4 hours in advance
Remove the green core in the center of the soaked lotus seeds
Put the lotus seeds into an electric pressure cooker, add an equal amount of water and cook for 1 hour
After the seeds have cooled down a little bit, use a blender/cooking machine to make a puree of the boiled seeds into lotus paste
Put the puree of the lotus paste into the bucket of the bread machine, and add the vegetable oil at once, sugar
First use the dough program to mix it well.
Use the jam program (120 minutes) and see the lotus seed paste become oil amount into a ball.
Tips
1, step 4 when using a blender/machine to beat lotus paste puree, you can add a little water, but do not add more;
2, step 6 with the dough program, a dough program at the end of the end of the dough program if the mixing results are not satisfied, you can do a few more times to do the dough program, if the step 4 to add too much water need to come a few more times to the dough program.
