1, China's northern spring corn main producing areas, including the three northeastern provinces, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia and Hebei, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Gansu part of the region. One year, dryland-based, with an area of about 80 million mu, accounting for 26.67% of the national corn area.
2, the yellow and Huaihai plains summer sowing corn producing areas, including Shandong and Henan all, Hebei, Shanxi south central, Shaanxi central, Jiangsu, Anhui north. The area is about 13,000,000 mu, accounting for 43.4% of the country's corn area, with two crops a year and both water and dry land.
3, China's southwest mountain maize producing areas, to Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, all, Hunan and southern Shaanxi and western Guangxi hilly land. One year, two cooked, three cooked coexist, water and dry fields interlaced, an area of 60 million mu or so, accounting for 20% of the national corn area.
4, China's southern hilly corn producing areas, including Guangdong, Jiangxi, Fujian, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Taiwan, Hainan all, Guangxi, Hunan, Hubei east and Jiangsu, Anhui south. Water and dry land, three mature, corn has spring, fall and winter sowing, an area of l5 million mu or so, accounting for 5% of the national corn area.
5, China's northwest irrigated corn producing areas, including all of Xinjiang and Gansu Hexi Corridor. A year or two mature, water-consumed land-based, an area of about 13 million mu, accounting for 4% of the national corn area.
6, China's Qinghai-Tibet Plateau corn producing areas, including all of Qinghai and Tibet. One year, dryland spring monoculture, an area of about 3 million mu, accounting for 1% of the national corn area.
