Step 1: Wash tender black rice leaves properly, add water to juice, and filter the leaves.
Step 2: Wash the glutinous rice. Heat the juice squeezed from black rice leaves to warm, and soak the washed glutinous rice overnight.
Step 3: When the rice gets dark the next day, wash it several times, put it in the rice cooker, and just drown it with water. Don't add too much water and cook. Or it can be steamed in a steamer, which is also possible.
Step 4: Add sugar to the cooked black rice and adjust it yourself. It's delicious without sugar.
