(2) Ginger brown sugar tea: ginger 10g, and appropriate amount of brown sugar. Slice ginger, soak in boiling water, and add a little brown sugar instead of tea. It can dispel cold, relieve exterior syndrome, warm lung, relieve cough, stimulate appetite, and treat cold.
(3) Mung bean porridge: 50g mung bean, japonica rice 100g, and appropriate amount of rock sugar.
