Ingredients: 400ml milk, wheat bran 100g, sugar 100g, 5g butter and a little salt.
Exercise:
First, soak the wheat bran in cold water for 30 minutes. Then put the soaked wheat bran into a pot and add water to cook it into porridge.
Before turning off the fire 10 minute, pour in the prepared milk and stir well. After 10 minute, add sugar, butter and salt and stir well.
Turn off the heat when the wheat husk is ripe, and eat it when it is slightly cold.
Efficacy: Yiqi Jianwei. It can be used to treat frequent epigastric pain, abdominal distension, belching and acid regurgitation, and is also a good food therapy for patients with gastric or duodenal ulcer.
2, lotus seed gorgon porridge
Ingredients: 50 grams of lotus seeds, 0/5 grams of Gordon Euryale seeds/kloc-,300 grams of rice.
Exercise:
Wash lotus seeds, gordon euryales and rice with clear water. Put the above raw materials into a pot at the same time, add appropriate amount of water and cook with slow fire.
The pot will turn smaller when it is cooked, and cook for a while. Put more water when cooking porridge, and don't boil the porridge too thick.
Efficacy: Lotus seed gorgon porridge can invigorate spleen and qi, nourish stomach and kidney, and solidify essence, and is suitable for anorexia, abdominal distension, cold limbs, and soreness of waist and knees caused by deficiency of both spleen and kidney.
3. Mutton porridge
Ingredients: mutton 150-200g, japonica rice 100g, 3 onions, 4 slices of ginger and a little salt.
Exercise:
Wash the mutton and cut it into small pieces for use.
Wash japonica rice, put it in a casserole, add water to boil, add diced mutton after 10 minutes, and add onion, ginger and seasoning when it is almost cooked.
Efficacy: invigorating qi and tonifying deficiency, warming the middle and lower temperature, invigorating stomach and strengthening spleen.
4, jujube lotus seed porridge
Materials: 50g of japonica rice, jujube 10, 20g of lotus seeds and 20g of red dates.
Exercise:
Soak lotus seeds in warm water until soft, remove the core, and wash japonica rice and jujube.
Put the three ingredients into a pot, add a proper amount of water, boil over high fire, and simmer to make porridge.
Eat it in the morning and evening after seasoning according to personal taste.

5. Glutinous rice porridge
Ingredients: 500g glutinous rice, 600g wheat, a little sugar.
Exercise:
Wash glutinous rice for later use.
Put wheat and glutinous rice together in a pot, add water to cook porridge, add sugar 5 minutes in advance after boiling, stir well and cook for 3 minutes. You can eat it if it is a little cooler.
Efficacy: nourishing stomach, strengthening body, nourishing heart and astringing sweat.
