Practice:

2, this is fermented for 5 days, and it is not so hairy. Continue to ferment until the tofu is covered with white hair, and the fermentation is completed;
3. After the tofu is fermented, adjust the seasoning, pepper noodles, pepper noodles, salt, monosodium glutamate and thirteen spices. You can taste it after mixing, and the amount of salt is a little more;
4. Add ginger and minced garlic and mix well;
5, tofu wrapped in seasoning, wrapped in green leaves;
6. This is the bean curd wrapped in green leaves, which is fermented and fragrant after being placed for one month.
7. This is red oil. Tofu is poured on the bottle, and the oil covers the tofu. It can be eaten after sealed for about 10 days.
