3. Examination Form

The lectures use the current primary school textbooks in Shizhong District. The lectures for the subjects of physics, chemistry, and biology all use primary school mathematics textbooks. If the total score of those who fail to meet the 1:3 ratio for interviews and lectures is lower than the minimum score of those who meet the 1:3 ratio, the admission qualification will be cancelled. When a vacancy occurs due to candidates' breach of contract or other reasons, among those who participated in interviews and gave lectures, they will be filled in equal amounts in order from the highest score to the lowest overall score. According to the total test scores, the personnel who enter the physical fitness assessment range are determined by position, from high scores to low scores, in a ratio of 1:2. 4. Assessment and Physical Examination
According to the total score and the position applied for, from high score to low score, the candidates for the assessment and physical examination will be determined in a ratio of 1:1 to the number of recruits. In the event of a tie in final scores, the candidate with the higher score in the written test will be given priority. The vacancies caused by those who fail the assessment and physical examination can be filled in equal amounts in sequence from other people who enter the assessment scope of the same position. Assessments and physical examinations are organized and conducted by the office of the public recruitment leading group of district public institutions. The physical examination of the education system shall be carried out in accordance with the "Physical Examination Standards and Operating Procedures for Teacher Qualification Certification of Shandong Province". The physical examination of other district-level public institutions may be carried out in accordance with the general physical examination standards for civil servant recruitment, and the physical examination fees shall be borne by oneself. If the state has other regulations, those regulations shall prevail.
The content of the political review of the anti-riot brigade includes the actual performance of the person, his family members and major social relationships.

5. Recruitment
After passing the assessment and physical examination, the personnel to be hired will be announced by the public recruitment leading group office of the district public institutions for a period of 7 days. For those candidates who have passed the assessment and physical examination and have no objections to the announcement, the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will issue an employment notice for the recruitment of public institutions and sign an employment contract. The employed personnel are subject to a one-year probationary period.
