1. American Steak

Ingredients: 1 piece of American steak weighs about 250 grams, appropriate amounts of Italian cucumber and dried bamboo shoots, 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley, and approx. 2 tbsp. Seasonings: A little each of garlic salt and black pepper.

2. Seafood Tomato Spaghetti

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, add dried scallops, stir-fry over low heat until the water is slightly dry, set aside for later use. Add 2 tablespoons more oil, sauté the minced garlic and onion until fragrant, add the tomatoes and stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes, add 2 bowls of water, add dried squid and mix well, cover and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add 3 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp salt and 1/8 tbsp white pepper, stir well and cook for 5 minutes until the soup becomes thick. Boil half a pot of water, add 1 tablespoon of salt, pour in spiral spaghetti and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid sticking to the pot, then drain the water and cross a cold river. Pour the spiralized spaghetti into the pan, stir-fry evenly with the cooked sauce, let it coat with the sauce, continue cooking for 1 minute, and then serve.

3. Shrimp and Herb Pasta

Ingredients: Italian hollow pasta, fresh shrimp, onion, herb juice. Seasoning: ginger slices, olive oil, white wine, salt.

Method: Remove the intestines from the shrimps, wash and drain. Cut onions into slices. Cook the pasta and set aside. Add an appropriate amount of olive oil to the wok, sauté the ginger slices, onions, and shrimps until fragrant, add white wine to make a sauce, add the pasta, then add the herb juice, and simmer.
