Ingredients: red dates, pure milk, medlar and brown sugar.
Practice:
1. Wash red dates and medlar, core red dates and cut into small pieces;
2. Put the cut red dates and medlar in the pot, add a spoonful of brown sugar and pour pure milk (you can also put a little water, don't like it);
3. Cover the fire and boil it. Turn to low heat and cook for five minutes.
