1. Stir-fried dried shrimps with cabbage
Ingredients: cabbage
2. Main ingredients: dried shrimps
3. Accessories: green onions Ginger, garlic and chili
4. Soak the dried shrimps in water in advance.
5. Cut the cabbage into shreds.
6. Put oil in the pot.
7. Heat the oil and sauté the onion, ginger, garlic and chili until fragrant.
8. Add soaked dried shrimps, soy sauce, sugar and salt and stir-fry.
9. Add shredded cabbage, stir-fry evenly, and drizzle some sesame oil before serving.
Tips
Dried shrimp must be soaked in water for 30-40 minutes.
2. Dried shrimps with red pepper
1. Soak the dried shrimps in hot water, wash them clean, cut the red pepper into pieces and chop the green onions into thin pieces
2. Put oil in the pot and fry the shrimps
3. Pour in red pepper and stir-fry
4. Add green onions and season to taste
5. Stir fry, turn off the heat and cook
Tips
Don’t fry the red pepper for too long, otherwise it will become soft and not crispy
3. Stir-fried broccoli with shrimp
1. Wash one broccoli and soak it in salt water for 15 minutes. This can remove pesticide residues and soak out any bugs if there are any.
2. Break into small florets. When I use it to stir-fry hot dishes, I usually don’t blanch it, so that less nutrients are lost

Tips
