Steps
1. Cut sausage into diagonal slices; cut sword beans, king oyster mushrooms and carrots into diamond-shaped slices; pat and mince garlic; mince ginger and set aside.
2. Pour a small amount of oil into the pot, heat and stir-fry the sausage until slightly translucent, add garlic and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Dish out.
3. Use the original pot and crude oil to stir-fry the beans, king oyster mushrooms and carrots. Add salt to taste after the color changes.
4. Add a little less water, cover the pot and simmer for two minutes, because the beans must be fried before they can be eaten.
