Tenderloin: 400g, shallots: appropriate amount, sugar: 20g, balsamic vinegar: 8g, soy sauce: 5g, tomato sauce: 6g, cooking wine: 5g, starch: 20g.
1. Wash tenderloin, cut into strips, then add cooking wine, soy sauce and starch, and marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Prepare a clean container, pour in balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, salt, ketchup, white sugar and appropriate amount of water, and stir into sugar juice.
3. Add a proper amount of water to the starch and stir it into a paste.
