Cut a bitter gourd in half, dig out the pulp with a spoon and cut it into pieces;
Steamed salted egg yolk, cooled and ground into powder, not too broken;
Chop onion, garlic and red pepper.

Heat oil in a pan, add onion, garlic and minced red pepper, and stir-fry until fragrant.

Stir-fry until the color turns green, add a little salt and sugar to taste, and stir well.

Matters needing attention
1. If you are afraid of bitterness, you can soak the sliced bitter gourd in salt water and drain it (I don't soak it). I like salted egg yolk is granular, so it won't be ground very fine.
