Lotus pond stir-fry
Raw materials: fresh lily, auricularia auricula, lotus root, peas and carrots
Practice:
1. Soak auricularia auricula in water, make it well, wash and tear it into small pieces for later use;
2. peeled carrots and lotus roots, washed and sliced;
3. remove the old tendons from the peas, wash them and cut them off; Peel off fresh lily petals, wash and drain;
4. blanch. After the water boils, add carrots, fungus, peas, lotus roots and lilies in turn;
5. Cool the oil in a hot pan, add the garlic slices and saute until fragrant, add all the raw materials, cook a little cooking wine, stir fry quickly for two minutes, add salt and chicken powder, stir fry a few times, and take out the pan.
