Materials
6 raw bean buns, 6 shiitake mushrooms, 6 string beans, carrots, 2 large sheets of roasted seaweed, mushroom seasoning, and vegetable oil.
How to do
1, four seasonal beans cut into 3 sections, carrots cut into long strips, hot and soft, and put aside. Cut the mushrooms into long strips and dry fry them in a pan to remove the water and set aside.
2. Wash and drain the raw bean buns, spread them out and sprinkle with mushroom powder to taste.
3. Cut 1 large sheet of roasted seaweed into 3 pieces and place directly on the seasoned beanbag.
4: Arrange mushrooms, string beans and carrots.
5: Roll up the beanbag with the ingredients.
6: Put some vegetable oil in a pan and fry the bean buns until golden brown.
7: Finish.
Fried Bean Bun RollsIngredients
3 wet bean buns, 1/3 bowl of shredded dried shiitake mushrooms, 1/3 bowl of shredded red radish, 1/4 shredded squash, 1/3 shredded bamboo shoots, and a small bowl of flour paste
Seasoning: 1 tbsp oil paste or veggie oyster sauce, 1 tsp sugar, white pepper to taste, and sesame oil to taste.

Sauté all ingredients (except the bean buns) in order → mushrooms → carrots → bamboo shoots → shredded mustard greens, then add seasoning and mix well to serve and set aside to cool
