Ingredients: 1000g pork (front butt tip), 150g BBQ pork sauce, 70ml honey
Accessories: 15ml light soya sauce, 25g sugar, 25g garlic, 15ml yellow wine
How to make BBQ pork in honey sauce
1. Put BBQ pork sauce in a bowl, mix in crushed garlic, Cantonese white wine (or yellow wine), light soya sauce, sugar and honey, and mix to a thin sauce. Mix the marinade into a thin, moderately thick sauce
2. Cut the pork buttocks into strips about 4cm wide, 2cm thick and 10cm long, drain on kitchen paper, spread the marinade evenly over each strip, cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 24 hours, turning several times during the process so the meat is well seasoned
3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and place the meat in rows. Then put the meat in a row on the baking sheet
4. After the oven is preheated, put a greased baking sheet on the bottom and put it on the baking sheet, cook for 40 minutes on top and bottom heat, turn it over after 20 minutes, brush it with the rest of the sauce and continue to bake it until the surface of the barbecued pork is dry and colorful
5. Take it out of the baking sheet after it is done and allow it to cool down
6. Spoon a spoonful of brown rice on a plate, blanch two green vegetables, cut a few slices of barbecue pork and finish
