Ingredients
Enoki mushrooms
Spicy beef sauce (any brand)
Chopped green onion
Minced garlic< /p>
Soy sauce
Chicken powder (optional)
How to steam enoki mushrooms with beef sauce
Tear and wash the enoki mushrooms and drain the water share.
Arrange the enoki mushrooms on the plate, spoon the beef sauce on top of the enoki mushrooms. You can also sprinkle a little chicken powder around the enoki mushrooms.
Put the water in the pot to a boil, add the enoki mushrooms, and steam them in the boiling water for about ten minutes. Take out the dish. There is no need to pour out the water in the dish.
Pour a little soy sauce into the plate to taste. If the beef sauce itself is very salty, no soy sauce is needed.
Pour clean water into the pot, heat the oil until red, add the chopped green onion and minced garlic and stir-fry until you smell the aroma, then turn off the heat. Arrange the fried onions and garlic on top of the enoki mushrooms and pour the oil on them.
Serve the table and eat!
Tips
For the last onion and garlic step, many people arrange the raw onion and garlic and then heat oil and pour them on it. I put it directly into the pot and stir-fry it. Put it on. I think the onions and garlic are cooked this way, and the oil also has the aroma of onions and garlic. Friends who like to eat raw onions and garlic should ignore my words, haha.
I was inspired to make this dish after seeing other friends making it in the kitchen, so the beef sauce with steamed enoki mushrooms can actually be replaced with any ingredient or sauce you like. However, since enoki mushrooms themselves have a bland taste, it is best to use strong-flavored ingredients for steaming.
