Spread the wonton skin flat in your hand first, and then apply a proper amount of dumpling stuffing on the wonton skin.
2. Put a proper amount of dumpling stuffing in the middle of the wonton skin, and then roll the edge of the wonton skin inward to about one third of the area of the wonton skin.
3. Roll the wonton skin inward along the edge to one third of the area of the wonton skin, and then roll it inward by one third on the basis of the first pass.
Fourthly, after rolling the wonton skin twice along the edge, fold the dumpling skin at the rolled position slightly upward along the middle position.
5. Finally, pinch the two corners of wonton skin together along the ring to the arch direction.
