My specialty essay 650 words
My specialty is: egg fried rice.
Mom is usually stressed at work, and on the weekend I had a sudden idea: "I'm going to make a dish for my mom. But what should I make? Right, let's make egg fried rice."
I first took out the sausage, eggs from the refrigerator. They were like a naughty child, constantly rolling in my hands. Take out the rice from the rice cooker. I put the sausage on the chopping board and took the knife to cut it. Only the sausage begged loudly, "Warrior spare your life!" But I showed no mercy and sliced it to pieces. I picked up the egg, but it was too slippery. Just then, I had an idea. With my finger, I gouged a small hole in the egg, and a little bit of the egg liquid flowed out from it, which was great. But after a long time, it didn't flow out. Just gouge the hole bigger, and all the egg liquid inside ran into the bowl.
When the preparation was done, it was ready for the pot. I started the fire and dripped the oil on, but it sprayed up like a fountain. Had to drop a drop and step back. Another drop, another step back. Until the drops were done. I put the eggs in and they kept sliding around like ants on a hot pan. I used a spatula to cut the egg in half. Then I put in the sausages, and I sauteed them a little, but one or two of them got burnt, and I picked them up in a hurry, and my hands got burned. Finally, I put the rice in and fried it together, and a plate of egg fried rice was freshly baked.
Mom came back, I gave her the fried rice, and her eyes watered. I thought, "Great, mom loved it! And I learned to make egg fried rice, so that's two birds with one stone!"
