How to stir-fry luffa rind
Luffa is a seasonal vegetable in summer. It is delicious when fried or made into luffa soup. The remaining luffa rind has a heat-clearing effect. Every vegetable nature has given to humans has its own value, so we should maximize the value of these vegetables, not to mention that they are good for our bodies. Loofah skin can be fried with leeks or chili, and it tastes very good. What I’m introducing today is the loofah rind fried with green pepper that my family often eats.
1. Ingredients: 180 grams of loofah rind in sections. Ingredients: About 60 grams of green pepper, 10 grams of green onions, 5 grams of ginger, and two ends of garlic. Seasoning: 3 grams of salt
2. Wash the loofah skin, fold it and cut into shreds
3. Remove the seeds from the green pepper, remove the stems and cut into shreds, wash the garlic and cut into thin slices, ginger Chop the green onion into pieces
4. Heat the oil in the pan, reduce the heat to low, add the onion, ginger and garlic and fry until fragrant
5. Reduce the high heat, add the loofah peel and green pepper and stir-fry
