1. Ingredients: 89 grams of ribs, 8 grams of soy sauce, 8 grams of oil, 8 grams of salt, 8 grams of green onions, 8 grams of ginger, 5 grams of garlic, and 9 grams of salt.
2. Cut the ribs into pieces after thawing, and rinse the ribs with a small flow of water for 15 minutes.
3. Peel and shred the ginger, and chop the garlic.
4. Wash the ribs, drain the water, and add 10 grams of corn starch to the ribs.
5. Add shredded ginger, garlic, light soy sauce, salt, white sugar and salt and mix evenly.
6. Add 10 grams of corn starch and appropriate amount of water for the second time.
7. Coat each rib with cornstarch sauce and marinate for 20 minutes.
8. Put the marinated ribs into a steaming bowl, and drizzle corn oil on the ribs.
9. Place the ribs in a rice cooker with boiling water, and cover the steaming bowl with a lid to prevent water vapor from entering. Steam the ribs for 25 minutes before taking them out of the pot.
